Cultivating H.E.R. Space, LLC (CHSL) is a Black female-owned company dedicated to uplifting Black women across the globe to heal, empower themselves, and develop resilience.

Terri Lomax, a techie and motivational speaker, and Dr. Dominique Broussard, a college professor and psychologist, started the Cultivating H.E.R. Space podcast (formerly H.E.R. Space Podcast) in 2018, and shortly after, the podcast grew into an international movement with listeners on every continent and more than 180 countries.

The Cultivating H.E.R. Space podcast is growing rapidly with 3 million + downloads and features in Forbes, Black Enterprise, Freeform, Hello Beautiful, and more. As we continue to grow and evolve we want to ensure that we’re able to support our growing mission… and that’s where you come in!
